License Terms for RM Illustration Content

These Terms of Use define the conditions applicable between users and The Six Sages Benzaiten Sara Project regarding licensed RM illustration content.

By downloading, purchasing, or using the Content, the User agrees to these Terms.

Article 1 (Definitions)

1. “The Content” refers to illustrations, image data, and metadata.

2. “RM (Rights Managed)” refers to licensing limited by purpose, period, media, and region.

Article 2 (Grant of License)

1. A non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted within approved conditions.

2. Any use beyond scope requires new permission.

3. All intellectual property belongs to us or the original creators.

Article 3 (Prohibited Uses)

1. Use beyond scope.
2. Redistribution or resale.
3. Unauthorized modification.
4. Defamatory or antisocial use.
5. AI, NFT, blockchain usage.
6. Altering or removing credits.

Article 4 (Credit Notice)

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

We assume no liability for damages arising from use.

Article 6 (Termination)

Violation results in immediate revocation.

Article 7 (Amendment)

Terms may be changed without notice.

Article 8 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law.

Examples: Corporate websites, banners, product LPs, SNS posts
Period: 1 year
Region: Japan
Fee: ¥25,000 per illustration (+¥5,000 if used in advertising banners)

Printed Materials
Examples: Books, magazines, flyers, brochures
Scope: One type, one edition, one-time use
Region: Japan
Up to 5,000 copies: ¥20,000
Over 5,001 copies: ¥40,000

Advertising & Promotion
Examples: Transportation ads, posters, POP displays
Period: 6 months
Region: Japan
Fee: ¥50,000 – ¥150,000 (quotation based)

Broadcast & Video
Examples: TV, film, streaming, DVDs
Scope: One work, one year
Region: Japan
Fee: ¥30,000 – ¥300,000 (quotation based)

Package & Commercial Products
Examples: CD jackets, book covers, product packaging
Scope: One type, one edition, one-time use
Region: Japan
Fee: ¥30,000 (trademark/brand use requires separate agreement)

Optional Categories

Exclusive Use (1 year)
Japan only: ¥200,000
Worldwide: ¥600,000

Worldwide Use
Same as category license fee

Important Notes

1. Prices are reference only.
2. Reuse requires new contract.
3. AI/NFT/Blockchain use is prohibited.
4. Payment must be made before use.
5. No refunds after contract conclusion.
6. Trademark use requires consultation.
